Mastering CSID for Clinicians

Service Description

A one-on-one training session for nurses, dietitians, GPs, and allied health professionals who want real clinical confidence managing CSID and ASID. We'll cover the diagnostic pathway, including why a normal biopsy doesn't always rule out CSID, common diagnostic pitfalls, symptom presentation, and the current evidence base. On the practical side, you'll learn how to apply the Starch- and Sucrose-Reduced Diet (SSRD) framework, including how to use a food composition dataset to calculate safe portions and build meal plans your patients can actually stick to. You'll leave with a clinical practitioner resource to keep and refer back to, and a certificate of attendance you can use toward your CPD hours. Sessions run 1.5 to 2 hours online, and can be tailored to a specific patient case if you have one in mind.
